Miyashiro Erika Wagner (宮代・エリカ・ワーグナー), more commonly referred as Wagner, is a major character of the 2D anime fighting game series called Under Night In-Birth. She initially debuted in the Exe:Late expansion, then later became playable in the console version of Exe:Late[st] as a secondary antagonist. She later redeemed herself in later installment in II [Sys:Celes].
She is a high-ranking 4th member of the Licht Kreis. She is known throughout the organization for her attitude towards her work and unmatched power. She is the main rival of Orie Ballardiae and Londrekia Light, as well as an archenemy of Gordeau.
She is voiced by Shizuka Ishigami.
Why is she in Likability Scaling Purgatory?[]
- She obviously cannot qualify as Hate Sink, even before redeeming herself, as she had a lot of Evil is Cool moments including her rushdown heavy battle style and fire powers.
- While she did had the criterias to be Entertainingly Detestable in Exe:Late[st], she mostly redeem herself and gain plenty of sympathetic traits in [Sys:Celes] when her superior Adelheid reconcile her.
- She cannot be Magnificent Baddie due to her insecurities, is not the character who manipulates others, and usually lets her sword to do the talking.
- Despite becoming a better person overall, she cannot qualify to be Loved Exalted either as she still retains her negative traits such as being a jerkass and treats her enemies awfully. Not to mention, she is taken more seriously than most other heroes in Under Night In-Birth, especially when comparing to her rival Orie, who while having her fair share of serious moments, is much more light-hearted and soft spoken.
